We prepare for you such entrees as stuffed pork chops, marinated chicken, barbequed ribs, shredded beef, pork and chicken, chicken cordon bleu, beef and gravy, and turkey and gravy.  We will make your sandwich to your specifications while you wait or call ahead and it will be ready when you arrive.  We make our own burritos, pockets, and pizzas as well as provide fresh and fresh frozen homemade entrees.  We make our own sausage, brats, beef sticks, beef jerky, hotdogs, and ring bologna.  We always have a variety of deli items (soups, stews, casseroles, and salads) along with staples like American, Dill, and German Potato Salads, Broccoli Crunch, Chicken Dumpling Soup, Baked Beans, Chicken Salad, and BLT Pasta Salad.  We will slice your ham, beef, turkey and salami the way you want them as well as our variety of cheeses.  We offer liver sausage, braunschwieger and other traditional lunchmeat items as well.  We have freshly baked bread, rolls, and desserts in our bakery.  We also offer basic packaged, frozen, and fresh grocery items to complement the meat and deli items you purchase.  And under Komps Custom Catering, we offer catering options from picnic to china full service.
